There are seven major Chakras, which govern the vital organs of the physical body as well as the mind and spirit.

This is usually associated with a deep emotional trauma held in the heart chakra and can also be accompanied by the emotional trauma held in the solar plexus chakra. All seven chakras can store different emotional traumas and have a profound effect on the physical body causing lethargy, tiredness and confusion of the mind and physical pain, as the emotional trauma blocks the energy flowing throughout the body.
